Is it necessary to remove and replace a three bridge crown if it cracks?

My 3 bridge porcelan crown 1 cracked and i have tge peice that cracked off but my dentis wants to remove and put a new 3 bridge crown on

I agree with your Dentist! A cracked porcelain bridge is a liability! At any time, the porcelain can break while you are eating, and you could swallow the porcelain or worse injure yourself. 
Also, once the porcelain has cracked off the bridge, it will not be esthetic, so depending on where the bridge is, this could dramatically affect the way your smile looks. 
If it is in the back, your teeth could super-erupt until they come in contact with the metal or zirconia below the porcelain. This would create an unbalanced occlusal plane which can cause issues and will be more expensive to correct later. 
It is possible the porcelain can be repaired with composite, but this is only a temporary solution for most cases that will allow you time to get the funding for replacement. If metal is exposed, this likely will NOT work and replacement is the only option.
