Thank you for your question and photo. I am unable to see the exact position of your brow from your photo. In general, a browlift will lift both brows into a higher position. This can be done endoscopically with the incisions placed in the hair. The second option is an open browlift. In this technique the incision is placed along the hairline. Both techniques will lift and secure the brow into a higher position on the face. I recommend you schedule a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon. Hello, thank you for your question. It is very difficult to lower the eyebrows surgically. The best alternative is to Botox the frontalis muscle which is an elevator of the eyebrows and that will allow the brows to drift down a few millimeters.
