The time can be as short as 3 weeks if you do it as an 8 veneer case.    If you want to widen the mouth I would strongly suggest utilizing the DNA Appliance  (epigenetic orthodontics( that would orthopedically widen the bony base of the Maxilla.  T

The DNA appliance is worn during sleep  plus some daytime wear 12-14 hours/day and is ideal for expanding the maxilla in a adult.  Probably 6-9 months to expand, maybe longer.

The next phase would then be implants or bridges. Bridges would need less time in ortho than implants because the teeth are still being reshaped in the process.

You need to have a esthetic work up to determine the outcome you can obtain with veneers, form the picture it seems you still have the primary canines, that kept their place and the permanent canines took the place of the laterals, what is tricky in this cases is the tooth proportion, usually centrals have the dominance of the smile, your permeant canines are much bigger than what your laterals should be so if you decide to get treatment please ask for a wax up and a full evaluation of the condition of your primary canines to see if the option of veneers will give you what you are looking for.

If you are looking for treatment that can be completed the quickest, placing veneers (preferably 8) is your best option. However, missing those teeth you may feel as though you have a narrow palate (smile). If this is something you would like to correct as well, I would highly recommend seeing an orthodonist about a palate expander.
