It is difficult to say anything without properly diagnosing your gums but no need to worry if you have gum receding problem, simply visit dentist for deep cleaning treatments. 

From your photo it appears that you have lost some gum tissue. Without xrays it is hard to tell if you have lost bone around the tooth. I would suggest you see a dentist and have your gums evaluated and possibly get your teeth cleaned. Tartar if not removed from your teeth on a regular basis will cause gum resession. Good luck.

Without seeing x-rays, it's impossible to diagnose your condition. Having said that, from what I see from your photo, and the fact that you don't feel them being loose you're probably ok at this point. It takes quite a while for your teeth to "fall out" so I would not wory about that. You should, however, go to a dentist to be evaluated. Maybe you just need your teeth professionally cleaned!
