Em Sculpt paddle placement for inner thighs, do the results depend on placement?

When Em Sculpt paddles are placed on the front of the thigh, will that affect and eliminate the fat also on the inner or outer thigh? Or do the paddles need to be placed directly on the inner thigh for the best fat reduction on the inner thigh?

Hi and thanks for your interest in Emsculpt!
First I want to clarify that Emsculpt will offer increased muscle, but Emsculpt Neo is designed to both build muscle and permanently remove fat. I would recommend the Emsculpt Neo if you are trying to address fat on inner and outer thighs.
There are 4 areas on the upper leg that can be treated by Emsculpt Neo--quads (front of thighs), hamstrings (back of thighs), inner thighs and outer thighs. Treatment of quads cannot be expected to burn fat on the inner or outer thighs. These areas should be treated specifically. There is a smaller curved paddle specific for inner thighs, but I have also used the large circular paddle on patients with larger inner thigh tissue

Because the front of the thigh is a different muscle group than that of the inner or outer thigh, I do recommend moving the paddles onto the target areas you’re looking to improve. I use the smaller contoured paddles at multiple sites along the inner thigh to achieve the best results.

Emsculpt does not change fat distribution or illuminate fat. It’s a muscle strengthening device and the panels are placed based on the anatomic location of the muscles strengthened.

The results are temporary.

Inner thigh fat removal whether done with Liposuction or lesser techniques often do not deliver the results patients were hoping for. Keep your expectations on the low side for a great improvements in this area.

The best candidates for Emsculpt are lean  patients who want to increase muscle mass.
