Release dimple surgery (tell me things! Please)

I was seen by this incredible surgeon who said my chin cleft could be fixed with this simple, affordable surgery called a release dimple. I called office after office only to be told to use filler. Then I came across this miracle! Except I can barely find anything online about this, not even on here! So please tell me, will this really work?! It sounds like he will cut the muscle and, I’m assuming, reposition it? I will post a few pictures for a visual. Thank you for your time.

The skin and dimple can be released through a tiny incision under your chin. I prefer to place some fat into the area to diminish the chance of recurrence. The procedure is done with local anesthesia.
