I had a breast reduction in 2003this reduction left me scarred too small& my right nipple is so high it wont stay in a bra i dont have enough breast to fill the cup so the bras slide up.PLEASE HELP ME

There is no replacement for an in person exam where measurements can be taken and the softness of your tissues evaluated. Your scars have widened and should be able to be revised or made thinner and hopefully less noticeable but there will always be a scar. A proportionate implant with your revision may allow for the appearance of lowering your right nipple and provide some upper breast fullness. Lowering a nipple and areola is a more difficult but hopefully could be improved. I encourage you to visit with an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon with revision experience who can help develop a plan for possible revision surgery.I hope this helpsDr Edwards
