Is it possible that one of my pectoralis muscles has been detached during surgery?

Hi, I am a fitness girl. I had years ago additive mastoplasty under pectoral muscle. I practise body building and during my workout I feel a loss of strenght and I can lift half the weight I lifted before, especially during push ups and tractions (I difficulty lift my weight). How can I understand on my own if the pectoralis muscle had been detached during surgery? (The surgeon dosn't answer me). Thank you, S.
