Is this a normal reaction to a glycolic peel? (Photo)

Is this an allergic reaction to a glycolic peel? I did a peel 2 days ago. It was 40% and left on for 3 minutes. I forgot to stop Retin-A beforehand. My face has a fine, bumpy and itchy texture now.
