Hello,Yes RF Microneedling will smooth and tighten your skin in the areas you mentioned. It is particularly good at reducing scarring. One method we employ is RFMN combined with Bellafill filling of any deep acne scarring.

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting

Microneedling, which I have been performing for over twenty years, is best reserved for improving very superficial, surface skin texture and color irregularities. In other words, best used as a final "polishing" step after more appropriate therapies are first done. It is not a particularly good first-line therapy. A field subcision accompanied by the injection of an appropriate fillers would help to elevate and smooth the chin depressions, and a robust HA filler can be used to better define the jawline contour.
