3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

Microneedling, which I have been performing for over twenty years, is best reserved for improving very superficial, surface skin texture and color irregularities. In other words, best used as a final "polishing" step after more appropriate therapies are first done. It is not a particularly good first-line therapy. A field subcision accompanied by the injection of an appropriate fillers would help to elevate and smooth the chin depressions, and a robust HA filler can be used to better define the jawline contour. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Best of luck.
