How long after Scarlet RF microneedling can I do regular microneedling and/or Halo Laser? (photos)

Have a wedding coming up in April and need to address sagging, texture (damage from at home dermarolling, sun damage, heat damage). I had lost weight and all my facial volume and fat. I have done all I can with filler, and am starting to look overfilled. Hoping the heat treatments can improve the look of the filler and spread it out a little.
