There are ways to minimize Fadley crosses. It is all about surgical technique. The fat has to be harvested gently and carefully grafted in a diffuse manner not over treating the patient with too much fat in a single session. It follows the same basic principles as other forms of tissue grafting.Avoiding pressure and movement after the procedure are also important. The skill of the surgeon and the overall health of the patient are the main two contributing factors.By far the skill of the surgeon is the most important. If you're young and healthy and have a balanced diet then there are no additional benefits for vitamin supplementation. There is no way to speed up your body's healing nor should you attempt to. If the procedure is done correctly and everything will follow just just as it should. traveling is not ideal after surgery. This is especially true after a Brazilian.Avoid putting pressure directly on your buttocks or the treated areas. This includes sitting. You should get a blowup ring or pillow to sit on so you put pressure is put on the back of your thighs and not on your buttocks while sitting. The grafted fat needs to be revascularized in order to stay alive and not become necrotic .This begins on the second or third day after The procedure and continues for several weeks. The tissue is the most sensitive between the second and seventh day. This is when patients should minimize movement and avoid pressure on the treated area. The disruption of small capillaries growing into the grafted fat can be disrupted causing fat make roses. while most of us tell our patients to not sit and sleep on their stomach after the procedure it's not possible to avoid all pressure after a Brazilian Patients go to the bathroom etc. Minimizing movement and minimizing sitting is however beneficial. Why don't you email your surgeon and ask what his thoughts are and if he has any post operative protocols you should know about.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom and D
