Is a top facial plastic surgeon qualified to do a Ptosis surgery or should I get that in an eye center?

I am going to a top facial plastic surgeon to get a chin lipo. A while ago my eye doctor recommended a ptosis surgery for my congenital droopy eyes. Should I get it done at the same time as my chin lipo?
