Acne post lipo? Would a chemical peel help? (Photo)

I had lipo 360, 6 months ago, aside from the fibrosis I have riddled through my torso, at about 2.5 months I started to get what I thought was a rash and has turned into a bacterial/full blown acne that I never had before. It’s continually gotten worse. I’ve gone to my surgeon (they blew me off) primary, and dermatologist 5x and even was referred to an infection specialist. I’ve been on 5 antibiotics and creams, nothings worked. I’m thinking chemical peel next?
