Three weeks post op - will the gap between the implants in my chest get smaller?

I did 375cc moderate plus silicone under muscle thru nipple, a 2 c cup. I had a gap between breast before breast aug. Doctor told me it was normal to have a more enhanced gap between the breast bc the muscle was tight but it would soon loosen and bring the implants closer together. They have come together a lot since surgery but after 3 weeks post op, is this the most i can expect them to come to the center? anything i can do to get them closer? normal for 1 to come closer faster than the other?
