Every surgeon has slight variations in postoperative instructions, so I would certainly recommend asking your surgeon. Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us. In my practice, after performing a BA w/BL generally I recommend to my patients to limit some arms and neck movements for one month. After this period you can move them, taking care and always with common sense. To explain me better: it's not advisable to perform a hyperextension of the neck (throw all head back) as commonly sit in the beauty salon for washing and tinting hair, for the next month after surgery to prevent the implant dislocation, allow the formation of the physiological capsule around the implant, and also to avoid pain and breast swelling. Finally, I recommend you always use a therapeutic bra.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
