Bruising or necrosis on nipple? I am 3 days post augmentation mastopexy. (Photos)

Hey doctors, One nipple is perfect and the other is worrying me a little. My PS took the tapes off to air them out and put some kind of cream on them for circulation. He also recommended I put neosporin around the nipples. Should I worry or relax?
