I'm getting conflicting information while choosing an at-home LED light therapy device for acne treatment. The makers of Clear Rayz insist that if I use their blue LED, I should avoid using their red on the same day and vice versa. That device has blue & red lights on reverse sides. But other devices, such as the Neutrogena mask, offer simultaneous blue and red light treatment. Can the simultaneous or even same-day application of blue & red LED light therapy render treatments ineffective?
