Has Botox on crows feet amongst 5 months ago and a vein was hit, had a black eye for 2 weeks and a Hemosiderin Stain is still there under the eye. It’s been almost 5 mths with very little improvement. Will it resolve? injector said there’s nothing they can do

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've had from your Botox treatment.  You may get some lightening of the stain from laser treatments.  i encourage you to visit with an experienced professional to determine the best option for you.

On the basis of your recollection (and assuming the darker zones are actually due to haemosiderin), my advice would be to consider laser treatment (PDL, or Q-Switch/ Ruby) and note that you might need multiple treatment sessions. Importantly, note that a permanent resolution may never eventuate and also be aware that your ethnicity (skin type) may increase the risk of unwanted local changes.
Also note that: - IPL (intense pulsed light - which is 'not' a laser) may work, but much less likely; - Skin-lightening agents, such as hydroquinone, shall 'not' be of benefit for this particular concern.
