Botox and fillers for a round face? (Photo)

Question

I have a round face and I was wondering what type of botox/fillers there are to make my face look longer instead of so round. Also, I have really high/chubby cheeks what can I do to make them less noticeable? Im petite, but my face Is fat and it bothers me. I would like my jawline to be longer and my cheeks less chubby.

You have a beautiful face.  Botox in the masseter muscles elongates the appearance of the face by slimming the lower third.  In your case, facial slimming will also have the effect of making your nose appear wider. The effect of Botox is temporary, so you will need occasional injections to maintain the elongated look.  Otherwise, your face will return to its original beauty.

Hi  mariamunoz1226,You have a very youthful and beautiful face - something that you have to consider when taking a chance on non-surgical procedures. You would need to check with your doctor if this is due to enlarged masseters for which 25 units of Botox injected in 4-5 points per side would work.At this point, you don't need fillers. You might wind up having the "chipmunk" look.All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
