In my practice, I have every filler patient follow up with me personally 2-3 weeks after injection for evaluation and "after" photos (so the patient and I can compare them to their "before" photos).  By 2 weeks, the filler should have "settled in" and the final result should be apparent....

There is no reason to use an expired product such as Juvederm or Restylane. You are having an elective cosmetic procedure, why should you use a product that the company won't stand behind any longer? Have your physician use a filler that is not expired.

You can use many different moisturizers after fillers. There is no majical one. it is important to use sunscreen, drink enough fluids and get rest.

The filler itself does not accumulate, but the actual procedure induces more of your own collagen as you have continued treatments.

You should not have any appreciable swelling from Botox or Dysport. It is not uncommon to obtain significant swelling from the hyaluronic acids and Radiesse. The swelling disappears over a few days usually if it occurs.
