Is It Possible to Mess Up Juvederm After It's Been Injected?

can you mess juviderm up? day 6 they looked great but rubbed my eye, now looks bad. They looked awesome. Day 6 I poked my eye with mascara wand and immediately start rubbing and fussing with eye area. Immediately after I notice a wrinkle hollowness look under that eye. Is it possible I messed it up? That was 24 hours ago and still looks the same.

The fillers themselves do not build up, but your body makes collagen as a response to the injections. There is an inflammatory response to injections and this creates the collagen. It usually is not the same volume as what the filler creates immediately but some patients show clinical...

In my practice, I have every filler patient follow up with me personally 2-3 weeks after injection for evaluation and "after" photos (so the patient and I can compare them to their "before" photos).  By 2 weeks, the filler should have "settled in" and the final result should be apparent....

There’s an expiration date on Juvederm for a reason. I would never recommend ignoring an expiration date on anything.
