I recently had a septoplasty done 5 days ago and this morning I woke up with a migraine. Nothing is taking it away. I was only prescribed ibprophen 600mg for pain when I left the hospital due to the fact I'm in recovery. I can only take narcotics if I absolutely need too. I find it odd how it took 5 days to get a migraine. I've tried Naproxen, Tylenol, Advil, and even Excedrin, hot baths, ice, and stayed in a dark room all day. Nothing is taking it away!!

Not sure about your question. Did you have recent surgery or trauma to your nose.? You may need a septoplasty or turbinectomy but need more info and an exam
There are many reasons why someone doesn't breathe as well as they should after surgery like yours. It can be one reason or multiple . It could be because it wasn't done properly the first time or not enough was done or scar tissue or post trauma to your nose caused a recurrence of symptoms . ...
It`s too early to say you have ENS. I would suggest you to use only nasal saline twice daily and add some nasal steroid.
It has been shown that antihistamines can improve the nasal airway sensation.
