Why is Mesotherapy still used even though it has collagenase, hyaluronidase, and elastase?

I'm wondering why does mesotherapy still used everywhere even though it has collagenase, hyaluronidase, elastase ( enzymes that do destroy collagen & hyaluronic acid) in it? Why haven't those products been banned?

Restriction of medicine needs to be done by legislature. If you want to see restrictions you need to talk to those who make law.Otherwise the scope of practice of medicine is unrestricted and once licensed providers can practice medicine in a way they feel fit.Much of this is then caveat emptor or buyer beware. It’s up to the consumer to educate themselves on what they wish to undergo. Memberships of societies, Proper training and board certifications help to some degree in at least assuring someone follows some ethical boundaries and has at least been exposed to enough to be competent.what you may feel is potentially harmful others find useful.you are entitled to your opinion and your choice of which procedures you feel are beneficial.
