Will my face be permanently red from Profractional and Halo lasers?

I have a Profractional laser treatment for my under eyes and Halo laser for the rest of my face scheduled soon. If I even pick at a zit, my skin tends to stay red for quite some time. Will my face be permanently red from the lasers?

Any redness from the treatment should resolve with normal healing. On another note, I see no reason to get a ProFractional treatment at all.
