I did a consultation and was told they need a $300.00 deposit for records, pictures and x-rays. I didnt sign any contract but they gave me the breakdown of the cost. I then went to the dentist and found out it was $2,000.00 cheaper. I went back to the ortho and mentioned that if I go with someone else can i get my $300.00 back. They said no it was non refundable. I don't think records, pictures and x-rays cost that much but she did mention that everything can be tranfered.
