Three of my crowned front teeth broke off at the gum line today. What should I do?

If your crowns are broken off at the gum level, then that means the internal portion of the tooth that used to hold the crown has weakened/decayed away and then snapped off.  To repair this type of condition, depending on the shape of the three roots remaining in your jaw bone if they're solid or not and if they're root canaled already or not?  If they are salvageable, then we need to root canal therapy (RCT) them, build them back up and fit your teeth for new crowns.  If they're not salvageable, then you can elect them to be extracted and then a flipper (cheapest), bridge (heavy cost), or dental implants (the most cost).  See what your dentist say today, but all options will be costly.  The cheapest route (not the best option) is have your teeth removed and then a plastic flipper.
