Hello, I got ugly matrioshkas tattooed 11 years ago on both my wrists. A year later, an amateur did a "cover" on them - improved the contours and the colours. Looked slightly better. I started removing them 3 years ago in different clinics because i moved out. Always pico (maybe once Q switch). The tats dont fade away anymore and none of the laser techs admit it. They say i have to wait but no change in over a year now. I even scarred. Seems like only the "cover" got erased
