How long after implant removal with lift is it safe to get tattoo removal?

Four months ago I had my implants removed and a lift due to capsular contracture. I'm 38. I want to remove a 3"x3" tattoo on my wrist, but don't want to overwhelm my immune system. How long should I wait to start laser treatments? I want my body to focus on healing the anchor scars.

Typically, waiting several months to a year after surgery allows for significant healing. Consult with your surgeon before starting laser treatments to ensure it aligns with your recovery timeline and won’t compromise the healing process of the anchor scars or overwhelm your immune system.

This question ideally needs to be discussed with your treating doctor. Every practice has different protocols.
Your anchor scars could have been laser treated the same day stitches were removed. The best scar healing happens when laser is started early. After 3 months, the scar tissue has already mostly formed so laser treatments will help but they will not influence the remodeling in the same way.I believe three months is more than enough time. You can start tattoo removal and it's small size so it will not interfere with your best list scars healing.
