I have consulted with 3 surgeons, all of whom agree I have mid face deficiency, making my paranasal area very sunken. One surgeon recommended fillers with implants later if I like the result. He said fat transfer was not the best solution for a skeletal deficiency. The next surgeon suggested fat transfer. The last surgeon did a CT scan of my head and discovered an 4mm deficiency in the areas either side of my nose in the mid cheek- he suggested custom onlays of titanium. I'd love some advice!

For the past almost 50 years I have told my patients to bring profile head photos (not smiling) of noses THEY like and any special areas of concern like lips or cheeks etc. That way the patients get a similar result of what THEY like!
Thank you for your picture. I understand your concern for noninvasive treatments. Your facial asymmetry appear to be skeletal in nature. If any correction can be done it would require invasive procedures. To get the best set of options you would need to seek consultation from a plastic surgeon...
You are likely referring to what is known as forehead horns, a developmental upper forehead protrusion. They are often confused with osteomas which biologically they are not. Forehead horns can be successfully shaved down.
