My skin looks a lot worse than this in the morning and mu under eyes are very puffy and sunken in way more than pictured. This photonic have eye cream and moisturizer on so doesn't show the severity of deep set wrinkles and dark circles that are very prominent first thing in the morning. My eye are the skin have become verynnthin and lost elasticity. I also have very dry skin. I will be 50 next month and up to 6-8 years ago I did not have these issues

Retin-A is Vitamin A. It speeds up the cell turnover rate. It will not create a scar and it will not make a scar go away. It is a great option for anti aging. If you are concerned with your scar, I would recommend a series of microneedling treatments, or dermal filler such as Bellafill.
