I have craniofacial Hyperhidrosis and was wondering if anyone has seen any decrease in sweating using INFINI RF on the face?

I have found that treating with the acne scar energy levels that facial hyperhidrosis improvement is possible. I have treated a couple with at least 50% improvement. To my knowledge, there is no other treatment which gives long-term results. I have counseled others from around the globe on this and they have been successful too.

The answer is no. Reason being that we have to use very high energy levels and long pulse duration at very deep depths (where your eccrine glands lie- in the fat). It is relatively safe in the axillae as the fat pad is thicker. Not safe on the face due to low fat, arteries, and nerves. It is the anatomy that dictates safety in this setting. Dr Davin Lim.
