Benign cysts and a lesion in your breasts will not prevent you from having breast implants. A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the size implant to correct the asymmetry. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Your breasts have a good shape and nipple position which means you are an excellent candidate and barring any complications (which are rate) you should get an excellent result. The benign lesions will have no impact on proceeding with surgery so you should move forward and have a consultation.
