There are several reasons for persistent pain. A common one is ulcer- make sure you are on an antireflux medicine and see your surgeon about a potential endoscopy (where they put a camera down and evaluate yoru stomach pouch for ulcers). People also commonly develop food intolerances they initially didn't have- lactose for example- try removing milk products from your diet and see if symptoms improve. The more serious concern is what is called an internal hernia- the bowel can twist on itself intermittently through defects created by the original surgery- this can sometimes be diagnosed with a CT but ultimately you would need a diagnostic laparoscopy if the pain persists despite everything above being negative.
It is important to find out if you have irritable bowel syndrome. Please see your local GI or Surgeon for recommendations. In the meanwhile try keeping a food log, identify trigger foods and eliminate gas producing foods such as legumes, diary products and any other foods that may me contributing to the bloating. Increase your fiber and water intake as well.
