I am at my goal weight for the first time in 5 years

I had a weight loss procedure done where he sewed my stomach to make it smaller. It was done through my throat. No incisions no bleeding! I was 214 when I met him. After 3 days of liquids, I was 204 days of surgery. 9 months later I weigh 159. My goal was 149-159.... but I actually look really really small right now and have no fat to lose!!!!!  I am an athletic build so even at 159 wear a size small top. I am thoroughly satisfied. The anesthesia was rough. I did not like how I went under. It was too much too fast. But for Christmas, I got my mom the same procedure... I shared with them the anesthesia experience and they corrected it for her. She had an excellent experience and also lost all of her excess weight.  I love that they have a Buckhead location for follow up appointments as I live in Buckhead. His wife is also a doctor. She taught me how to eat... 3 small meals. No snacking. And to intermittent fast. My weight loss was slow and steady- even through Covid as everyone was gaining weight. Between her advice and his excellent surgical skills, I will remain at this weight.

48 Years Old Not Able to Loose Under 200

I am 48 years old. For may years I have been over weight. I will fluctuate between 180 and 210. I read so many negative reviews about Orbera, I almost chickened out.... The Obera was places on 8/17/17 and I am down from 205 to 197.6. I have had no vomiting and very little nausea. The team at Georgia Surgicare LLCgave me specific instructions and by following them I seem to be doing great.

This is a Nasty Little Stinky Balloon That Doesn’t Work.

Obera does not work to lose weight doctor and his Russian wife are nice enough until after they get your money. Horrible experience with the nasty little balloon it just sits and food can’t go around it so you burp and it smells like rotten food! You will lose no weight so it’s not worth the money, time or physical discomfort.

Gearing up for vsg surgery

Today I had an awesome consultation with Dr. Chris and his team. I have struggled with my weight since I had my daughter 5 years ago & I'm extremely confident my weight loss surgery will go well. I have honestly tried everything under the sun so I consider myself a perfect candidate for this surgery. I will be documenting the whole surgery so stay tuned!
