Unhappy with Double Jaw Surgery result...what should I do?

Hi, I had a protruding and unaligned lower jaw (midlines off, and small underbite -- i.e. only a couple of lower teeth were in front of upper teeth). Anyways, to fix that I had double jaw surgery. Unfortunately, I think I only needed lower jaw surgery. 7 months later, my upper lip got super big and kind of sticks out..one side of it is also fatter. Additionally, my nose got bigger and cheeks fatter. My bite is good(although midlines not perfect), but id really like both jaws moved back/

The maxillary surgery will change the nasal tip/base of nose to some degree. However, everyone's nose is slightly different in the form and also the 'thickness' of the tissues; so you will get some changes which will be positive. But, yes, the tip will rise up and you already have a nasal tip...

You have a good perspective. The idea is do treat the area which is not ideally developed rather than remove teeth to compensate and which will create an unattractive facial look now and as you age. Consult a Maxillofacial surgeon for discussion
