I have been on Accutane for 4 months already and whenever I poop, it pains a lot and my butt bleeds a lot.

Accutane is an effective medication used to treat nodular acne; however, this medication has many side effects including some gastrointestinal effects. Accutane has been reported to worsen a condition called ulcerative colitis. Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease where bloody stools is one of the symptoms. If you are continuously bleeding with every bowel movement, then I would advise you to immediately seek medical attention for possible life threatening risks such as hemorrhaging or shock. If the bleeding has stopped, then I recommend consulting with your primary care physician and dermatologist for further evaluation. Take care and good luck.
