Yes, you will need to stick with the same dentist that starts your treatment - that is the person that will create your custom treatment plan and the only person that will have access to it. However, your dentist should be able to provide you with several trays at each "check in" appointment so you can travel and just check in with your home office once every 4-6 weeks once you are in treatment.
