Tooth extraction and bone graph on tooth #31

I had an infected tooth 31, removed Tuesday morning. Pain wasn't awful I have been taking Ibuprofen for it. Though, the pain seems worse today (4). I can tell the swelling is finally down. I'm still on antibiotics - though the surgeon told me to take 1000 mg a day compared to the 2000 my primary dentist had me on. He recommended a bone graph, so I had that done. I can feel the stitches are there. The pain now is going up my jaw. I called, they wrote me a pain script. Could it be something more?
