Will dermal filler injections on forehead or chin help elongate the face? (photos)

I agree that some HA filler in the chin area may be useful, and this can be determined with your board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon, to get the best results.

Placed strategically, dermal fillers can soften facial folds, restore volume to areas of collagen loss, and in your case, if injected to your chin area, would effectively lengthen your face. Most fillers can last many months to a year and are stimulating your collagen in the meantime so some of the effects are even permanent. You can also build up with syringes of dermal fillers, doing one or two at first and then reassessing. Building up slowly also helps prevent people from noticing you had anything done. In skilled hands, fillers are a great option and are relatively painless. Another, more permanent alternative, would be a chin implant.

a little filler in the chin would really make a good bit of difference for you. If you have what looks in photo like a dimple, it might make it a bit trickier but not impossible. This is one of my favorite fixes because you can get a nice change in a few minutes. I would probably use radiesse. If you want to see how ?Dimple might act your doctor can inject saline on first trip and see how chin rises and if does well you can go back and have filler put in. I assume that some plastic surgeons would recommend an implant and this would be another option
