Is this lateral displacement? One of my implants is already settling further round toward my armpit. (Photos)

I am 10 weeks post op. I have textured mentor round high profile implants 350cc in each. In a SUBGLANDULAR position. When I lie flat my implants slide off my chest mostly. One of my implants is already settling further round toward my armpit which gives the vision of one being smaller than the other. Before they settled With the drop and fluff I had a perfect cleavage. Not too close and not too far apart, since they have changed and lost a lot of size and fullness. What’s happening?
