I am 30. Contact lenses seem to exasperate the redness. However, I don't want to have to wear glasses all the time (-3.5 myopia). So see that I have 2 choices.. Am I best getting pinguecula removed & then continue with a combination of glasses and contacts or have SMILE laser eye correction? I have dry eyes (potentially from contact lenses, but use good lenses: Total Dailies 1) and use Thermaloz drops daily already. I have been told I qualify for laser but want to make sure this is best solution for me?
