Why do my breast implants look so deformed 1 week post BA? (photo)

Thank you for your question. Nope, you look perfectly normal. A lot of how people look in the immediate post-operative period is based on their individual tissues, amount of stretch, type of implant, size of implant, and where the implant was placed (above / below the muscle). Things will definitely settle - it just takes time! Realistically it can take up to 6 months for things to settle, and sometimes longer (although most patients settle by about 3 months depending on the above factors). Best of luck! Patience is key (although, admittedly, tough!).

Based on the photo, you are healing well at 1-week post-op. What you are seeing is swelling and bruising, which is very common and differs in rate for each breast. The swelling causes temporary asymmetry and your breasts may appear deformed but over the next few months, you will see significant improvements as you heal. Be sure to follow your surgeon's instructions to avoid complications.

I cant see any thing wrong.You will have a good result since the implant is nicely centered under your nipple areola complex.
All breast implants at one week look weird and its not only you.
Wait for at least 3 months to see how the look changes toward normalcy.
