I had closed rhinoplasty 10days ago and 4 days after my cast removal when looking on the right side(profile) I could see my previous hump obviously much smaller.. While the other side is perfect. The problem is that from the front it looks deviated since the hump is only on one side. My question is can the swelling be hard? As the feeling is like bone. Also yest I developed like extra bone under my right eye. From the photos you can see it. I'm really worried that this will not go down :(
