Generally swelling is soft.  This may be a small amount of bone that may have migrated as it was healing or wasn't completely reduced during the operation.  Whatever the case, you need to wait until at least the 6-12 week mark after surgery for the bridge or 6-12 months mark for swelling in the tip to do anything to fix it.  Sometimes the swelling goes away with time, sometimes it becomes even more noticeable.  Fixing a small bump on the bridge after rhinoplasty is easy and can be done without redoing the whole operation. 

You may be right but you need to allow resolution of swelling and the healing process to takes its course and about six months minimum before any corrections. Keep in touch with your surgeon to address any concerns and I am sure he will be able to help you.Best Regards

Swelling after rhinoplasty, and especially after the case is removed is quite common. The area where you are concerned is one of the most common areas where excessive swelling can occur after rhinoplasty, whether closed or open. And uneven swelling can definitely contribute to a deviated appearance. You may only have one nose, but each side can swell independently of the other. During the healing process you should make sure you are icing appropriately, avoid behavior and food that can lead to water retention, and stay out of the sun. Above all, you should continue regularly scheduled follow up with your surgeon as he or she may have additional recommendations. Healing from rhinoplasty typically takes up to year, and sometimes a year and a half. At your point, your nose can seem like it changes on a daily basis for up to 3 or 4 months. Be patient with it, and make sure you address any question to your surgeon.

Yes I agree with you. But the timing of a correction is the issue now... Allow at least 4 months healing...
