Thanks for your question.  Vaser liposuction is ultrasound assisted liposuction.  There will be holes through the skin and you will at least need local anesthesia.  Laser lipolysis can mean something like SculpSure where the laser stays on the surface and only its energy penetrates the skin.  SculpSure destroys up to 24% of the fat cells in the treated area that your body has to eliminate over the next 6 to 16 weeks.  It is completely non-invasive with no downtime.  I hope this helps.
