Uneven asian eyelids, how can I fix this? (photos)

I am assuming you are interested in obtaining a upper eyelid crease. Approximately 28 years ago I helped Dr.G. Lee present  a paper on Asian eyelids. In order to produce an upper eyelid crease one needs to remove a layer of fat that lays under the upper eyelid skin. Then one has to anchor the muscle that elevates the eyelid to the over line skin. Surgery typically takes less then an hour. My patients tell me that pain is minimal and recovery is fairly quick. I hope you find this information useful.

Based from  your photos, you simply have a typical epicanthal fold and an asymmetrical hidden lid fold. If you want to have a more Western eyelid, then upper blepharoplasty and medial epicanthoplasty will work best for you.

Thank you for your question, the asymmetry of the eyelids is because of asymmetry of the insertion of the muscle and therefore on one side you have a small fold and on the other side you don't, this can be easily tackled by an Asian Blephroplasty procedure wherein the surgeon will be able to create symmetrical fold on both the sides. Surgical procedure also allows permanent solution as compared to the suture technique .
