So i had my first laser at my pubic area 30 days ago, and ever since that my vagina feels very itchy and few weeks after a pimple grow on it. Is it normal?

The minor cut that you are showing is not going to affect the treatment. I would mention to your physician so he/she can evaluate prior to the procedure. I don't think you need to reschedule. As the earlier answer stated, if there is concern about treating over the area, you can treat around it.
I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist. Hypopigmentation can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
