Can I fix my overbite & overjet without any extractions? Will fixing my bite help to improve my chin and jaw? (photos)

I had braces like 8 years ago, for 1 year, (I don't even remember why but I suppose for the same reason, overbite & overjet), and as I didn't wear the retainer at night I suppose my teeth came back to the wrong position over the years. I am curious about if I can fix my bite without extractions; and also if I would improve my jaw and chin and have a more forward and "V shape" face from the front like this guy ( https://imgur.com/Amn7OVb ) because if I am clean shaven I have 0 forward growth

In minor case, excess overjet (dental protrusion) can be resolved with filing between teeth to make some space. However, in more severe cases, in order to obtain noticeable improvement, extraction of premolars are often necessary. To get the best result, it is important that you communicate with your orthodontist how much improvement you would like to see. This will heavily influence if extraction will be recommended.
