My hairline's thinning and I also noticed that I was losing a lot of hair from my neck and behind the ears (much more than from the hairline actually) Is this Retrograde Alopecia ? I'm concerned about the thinning affecting all the back of my head, which is called "DUPA" I think, making a H.T impossible. Is there any risk that my hairloss evolves towards such kind of alopecia ? The treatments I use are Minoxidil and Nizoral shampoo. Should I apply Minoxidil on the back of my head too ? Thank u
