Lumineers or any other porcelain veneers are not a substitute for the missing teeth. Lumineers are the thin porcelain coverage for the front and premolar teeth, which is bonded to the teeth with a bonding agent. Denmat holding the manufacturer of the lumineers offer the maryland  bridge which is the substitute of missing teeth at the back molars.

Assuming you're not asking that "Can you get Lumineers to replace missing teeth?" If you already have missing teeth which created some gaps, then yes, Lumineers can esthetically close up the gaps between your teeth. If you have missing teeth and a large gap, Lumineers can not replace any missing whole teeth.  If you have a photo of the area that you're concerned about, please do share. A missing front tooth would need to be replaced with an implant/crown or a fixed bridge. Lumineers or another brand of Veneers could be placed on adjacent teeth to make the smile complete and natural.
