 We use the bonding type cement to connect the porcelain crown to the actual tooth. It looks like there is a gum recession which effects the cosmetic appearance of the crowns. The crown ,metal base or full porcelain chould cover the whle tooth and fit the margin.

Hydrogen Peroxide works for the teeth whitening. The all whitening stuffs are included the hedrogen peroxide in different concentrations.it is safe to use baking soda with the Hydrogen peroxide

Both Invisalign and traditional braces are able to solve your problom. I see the crowding at the bottom , Tooth # 26 overlap the lateral so you might need some extra space at the bottom which can acquired by arch expansion. The final diagnosis is based on the space analysis or check the clinchek.

Using any ADA accepted or certified mouth wash is ok to use with Invisalign. You should clean your aligners and brush carefully after each meal. It looks like your dry mouth is not developed with Invisalign aligner. Ask your dentist or the Medical doctor for some exams, specially blood test to check the blood sugar or and sign of bacteriemia or the cavity.. Also ask the GI spacialist to exam the digestion system.

You can feel the Invisalign movement from the beginning you wear the Clear Braces. Mostly before noticing any Invisalign movement  you are getting the expansion at the back molars .  By wearing the clear aligners ,you feel some pressure and it means the teeth are  moving. the minor movements are noticeable from the first month.
